★☆☆☆☆ Avoid. Having patiently waited six months for a headstone to be installed, and only receiving one email in that time, I had to ring for updates. Two weeks later, I have just been informed in won't be installed at the grave for another 2.5 to 3 months.. ARE YOU JOKING ?? no apology, no explanation, no goodwill gesture.
