I can not express how brilliant H Dale Funeral Directors were. Liz dealt with Me and my Mum, Liz was really kind and considerate of all our feelings from start to finish. We had a lot of issues with the coroners but with all there help we were able to give my dad a good send off. The service was so lovely as well thanks to Kim. We would like to thank all the staff on the day of the funeral for my dad JOHN BADDELEY. Thank you so much.

From our first meeting with Andy at Dale's, I knew we'd picked the right place to deal with my Nan's send off. Myself and my Grandad couldn't have been treated better and Nanny was certainly taken care of. In my Grandad's words, "She looked a picture." People who weren't going to view her ended up going and were happy they did after I told them how beautiful she looked, and they all commented on Andy being a top bloke.
