Joseph Lymer have recently carried out our dads funeral. We couldn't of asked for better. Rob and Jeff looked after our dad and the whole family with so much consideration and respect. From the silly questions to the most important all were answered with understanding. We can't thank them enough for making such a difficult time so much easier. Joseph Lymers have recently carried out my Mum’s funeral service and we as a family can’t thank Rob and the team enough for their care and support. Communication was great and all of my many questions were answered. Whilst in Lymer’s care, I really felt like my mum was looked after and respected like the beautiful person she was. Just the simple words like ‘Mum is now in our care’, ‘Mum is ready to be visited now in the chapel of rest’ and ‘Mum is ready to be collected’ (when collecting her ashes). From making and appointment to meeting with the Arranger was stress free.
Meeting Naomi initially to organise the funeral and discussing all our specific requirements was hassle free and Naomi put us at ease with her lovely nature and reassurance.
