I really can’t put in words what Alan and his colleagues done for me. I unfortunately lost my baby boy at 17 weeks and a wanted him burried beside my Grandfather so he wasn’t alone. Unfortunately the local undertakers who had a contract with NHS Fife, made it difficult for me to arrange a funeral in Tullibody. The undertakers in Kirkcaldy asked me to collect my deceased son and drive him for 50 minutes in my own vehicle to Roy and McIntyre as they were unable to help facilitate my wishes for my son to be burried in Clackmannanshire. He immediately made arrangements for them to move Dad from the hospital into their care, which was a great comfort to the family. At such an emotional time Charlie led us through all the arrangements that were needed for the funeral with such compassion. Their respect for Dad and empathy for the family was second to none.
