On behalf of my family I would like to thank all the staff at Collumbine’s for their kindness and compassion at a very difficult time for us , they cared for my gran and latterly my papa we returned to collumbines service because as a family we were looked after at every step of the way with genuine kindness , and compassion.
Yes they are being paid to be kind etc but you can tell when it’s genuine and they really do care , nothing is a trouble and there are no silly questions.
