I lost my mum at the age of 17 which is so hard but the way Colin helped us all with anything we needed and was there when we had questions even if they seemed silly to us helped more than he probably knows. He went to the ends of the earth to make sure my mum got the service she deserved. He’s so friendly and so easy to talk to, he had his dog Riley there who really helped ease the anxiety. He went out of his way to get my mums ashes to us. I honestly couldn’t recommend Colin enough. I will never forget the amazing help and support he gave us at the hardest time.
