I dealt with Kevin and Dawn at William Scott undertakers after the passing of my father. An added complication was that my sister was returning to Canada 8 days later and wanted to take his ashes with her. Kevin and Dawn pulled out all the stops and organised a cremation in no time and managed to return the ashes within 6 days which meant the world to my sister. Throughout all communications and organisation, they both displayed the utmost compassion and respect as well as being able to answer all my questions.
