SERIOUS THEFT PROBLEM. At the end of last year we moved my elderly Mum (who lived in Mundford) into a Nursing Home near to us. As my parents both had respect (in the past), for St Leonard's, we decided to donate a lot of items from Mums house clearance to the home. On the day of doing so, I left something at the home accidentally. I rang the home immediately.The Manager (and receptionist) promised me that they had the item and would put it to one side and give it to my husband and I on 24th March.That morning I rang and they said they still had it. When we went to collect it (that afternoon),

Treat there staff awful make medication errors and sack staff for management errors even agency staff refused too go back
