From the initial meeting with Rachel a few days after Dad passed away everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Throughout we have been able to ask questions, and have always received an immediate answer.
The flowers that we ordered through the Funeral Director were as we requested and were beautiful and fresh. Dave and the other staff drivers, pall bearers etc were very smartly dressed and respectful at every stage, and guided us through the procedure. The Celebrant was excellent.

This is a warm, honest and friendly place. We were led carefully through the process, and left to make choices without any pressure, we were given time to think and options were explained to us. Also, they recommended a wonderful celebrant. Billing was clear and easy to understand, with no unexpected additions.
