After experiencing the sudden loss of my Mum we contacted Kiri at the Hadleigh branch. She has shown nothing but kindness to our family and has been supportive every step of the way. She has such a lovely manner about her that I can only describe as a gift. It can’t be an easy job but she does it with such care and compassion it made it as bearable as possible for us as a bereaved family. I cannot praise the service we received high enough, we were served with compassion and empathy throughout and it didn't matter how often l would ring l was always dealt with kindness and courteously.
Kiri who was there from start to finish did a amazing job and deserves a medal for dealing with all my calls and questions. (which sometimes were many).
So thank you very much for everything you made the passing of my father less traumatic for all the family.
