Can't rate them highly enough. Knew exactly what was needed and they delivered, even the american hearse. Nothing to much trouble. Jo at the funeral directors was fantastic. The staff at the funeral were a+. So helpful in anyway they could. And as for Adele , the humanist, we could not have done it with out her. The mourners said its the best funeral they had gone too. And it was truly Marks style.

5 Star service from Jo and all others involved in my dad’s recent funeral. My dad had a funeral plan in place so we weren’t sure what to expect. But from the first phone call to collecting dad’s ashes today, I was treated as if I was the top priority at all times. Everything was carried out with the utmost professionalism at all times and the communication leading up to the funeral was excellent. The team who looked after us on the day were equally as professional and courteous. Full marks to EE Co-op Funeral Service, highly recommended and thanks again for your kind assistance.

Julie Crane from the Norwich Road branch in Ipswich expertly looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she guided us carefully and with kindness through the whole process. At all stages of the process she clearly set out all the options available to us. At no stage did we feel pressured. The team were excellent on the day and catered for all our needs. After the day of the funeral, Julie contacted us to make sure everything was OK on the day and , to see if there was anything else she could do. Well done Ipswich Co-op and in particular Julie Crane and her colleague.

Gareth, Laura and Jo, I cannot thank enough, and all the people who looked after Steven as well, you will alwa

After my brother suddenly passing away in December at the St. Elizabeth hospice Ipswich, and taken to Boss Hall by the CO-OP. I have to say that nothing could have been made any easier for us to arrange everything. My wife and I called in to Norwich Road, and was greeted by Jo She was sympathetic, not patronising. Uplifting, but professional. Bubbly and very easy to talk to. When we had our appointment, all our questions were answered. Advise was given clearly, but not pushy. All options were discussed, and there was absolutely no rush in making any decisions. Jo also took time to listen,
