Dealing with the death of a loved one is awful. What makes it eeven worse is that admin and hassle that comes with it. Just when you want to curl up and greave, you have to put your adult hat on and get stuff sorted. I dreaded the funeral arrangements, which is why I wanted to take the time to feedback about the first-class service, patience and warmth I received from the team at COOP Funeralcare in Stowmarket.
Right from our initial meeting when things were very raw, the staff there took their time to listen, to gently advise and to assist a family who were shaken by a recent bereavement.

Overall a positive experience. But on the actual day of the funeral things felt a bit rushed. There wasn't much time outside the house before we had to leave and this meant it was a speedy drive to the crematorium and service.
