No one can fully prepare for the inevitable, for me it was the total unknown. From the very first meeting we were comforted and made to feel at ease at our most vulnerable. My mum had mostly paid for & organised her funeral over 10 years ago. She passed away very suddenly & unexpectedly at the end of August. Lisa at East of England Co-Op has been so kind & helpful & has gone out of her way to support my family & myself. This has been the absolute worst time of my life, but Lisa has made a little bit less awful. Thank you, Lisa to you & your wonderful colleagues who were there on the day.

A very good choice, it has a very calming comforting feel in the building, private rooms which are well furnished. A special mention for Lisa, she made an incredibly difficult time easier to deal with, her friendliness, efficiency, and natural manner, she did everything in her power to help us have the funeral we wanted for our brother. From start to finish Lisa was extremely kind and showed great empathy and care whilst arranging my Mums funeral . Nothing was too much trouble and advised gently when we were a little bit lost during such an emotional time .
