We honestly cannot thank greg enough for the beautiful service he organised for our daughter. From the first time we met him to say she was safely with him and helping us organise every detail of what we wanted he honestly went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted for our baby girl. He came on a Sunday morning to the church we had picked to hold the service was a little tricky to get to but he made everything we wanted so special. We wanted horses for the final part of the journey and it ended up better than we could ever have imagined. I have never had to organise a funer

After losing my dad suddenly 3 days ago, we contacted this funeral director after being recommended him, however the customer service we received on the very first phone call was very poor, it lacked any sort of compassion and empathy, he hurriedly booked us an appointment for the next day, and rushed us off the phone as he said he was busy in the middle of another funeral. It is safe to say we cancelled this appointment and certainly won’t be recommending them to any one in the future
