We were made to feel welcome from the very first call which was a difficult one to make after losing our dad suddenly. Lisa has been amazing, no job too small and she showed so much care and compassion when dealing with our needs. My sister and I were given the time to talk about our dad and share stories with the team, we never felt like just a customer. co-op plan. Before her passing mum and talked about what she want, the co-op was able to meet all of her requirements. All of the staff treated mum with dignity and were considerate of the mourners needs.
