I recently needed to arrange a direct cremation for my dear wife. The ladies here were kind and caring. The night of her passing I made the call, and two guys came and, with great care, took my wife to the Walton Chapel of Rest.
The ashes were returned to the Funeral Diectors, and I was able to go and collect them.
The whole thing was handled with care and compassion.

I think some of the staff have changed. We dealt with sara who was a disaster. Before we signed up, we agreed payment terms - and an invoice was issued showing those terms. As soon as we had set a date and told everyone about that date, she changed the payment terms and told us that if we didn't pay right now, the funeral would be delayed.
Since when did East of England Coop have no integrity?
