When my mum passed away suddenly and I was all alone Susan and the team were only too kind they went above and beyond for myself. We held a small intimate gathering in Susan’s funeral room which was beautiful and it was just mum to a tee nothing flashy just simple so we were able to say goodbye in private no big deal, displays or massive churches god was already there with us at the funeral parlour that day. I became quite unhappy within myself and Susan and her team were only too happy to have my back that they got in touch with a bereavement charity who then offered 6 months of therapy. Wou

I would like to thank Susan Whymark Funeral Service for the wonderful and sympathetic way they arranged my Mum’s funeral and cremation earlier this year (2025). The whole process was handled with complete care and empathy. I felt completely supported throughout, and they were on hand to provide some further support for a memorial event later. They helped to make a difficult time much, much easier. And although cost never feels like an issue at times like this, it felt like remarkable value for money. Thank you again.

I can't believe Susan Whymark does not have any reviews yet? My 8 year old son passed away in September 2019 and we were recommended Susan Whymark to do our beautiful boys funeral and my goodness did she and her colleagues bend over backwards for us. They are such an understanding and sympathetic service, also unique in what you want. They tailored our sons service. I can not recommend them enough!
