I made a preliminary phone call to Farthing as I had no experience of organising a funeral. I chose Farthing from the reviews and my call was answered by Francesca. She advised me of what I needed to do once their services were required. Francesca came to the house when my husband died and the removal was carried out in the most respectful manner.
