When our mum died we didn't know where to begin. We contacted Thorne -Legget who were lovely from the very start. Claire talked us through everything and accommodated all our needs and most importantly looked after mum with dignity and respect. The funeral went off as well as these things do but made easier as everything was taken care of and we didn't have to worry about anything.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience following the passing of my father. While the funeral service itself was conducted beautifully, I unfortunately found my interactions with Claire to be quite difficult.
At such an emotional and distressing time, I expected a level of empathy and sensitivity from those handling the arrangements. However, I found this individual to be lacking in warmth and compassion. Simple courtesies, such as asking how I was doing or showing some acknowledgment of the grief I was experiencing, were absent. This made an already painful process even hard
