Tracey was so genuine, compassionate, sensitive and caring. She was with us every step of the way as we navigated our first funeral arrangement following the passing of our dear Ma. Always patient, never pushy; super flexible and nothing was too much trouble.
We were able to visit Ma at the on-site Chapel of Rest in Staines which was local and convenient. Tracey made it peaceful and welcoming for family and close friends to say their final goodbyes.
