I cannot recommend HC Patrick highly enough. We used them for my Dad Roy's funeral, as he had a funeral plan with Dignity. Rachael dealt with all the paperwork promptly and professionally. She was absolutely amazing and a credit to the company. On the day Chloe was in charge and she too was lovely, along with James our driver.
Rachael also recommended Hannah as a celebrant and she did a fantastic job leading the service.
As we didn't really know the area, Rachael recommended The Withies Inn to us for the wake, just down the road. Nigel and his team put on a great spread for us.

I highly recommend HC Patrick Funerals for an efficient service from beginning to end. Rachel and Poppy are the kindest, most caring considerate lovely people who go overboard in the help and support that I received after the loss of my mother. I had a lot of issues with cemetery rights which was very stressful, Rachel in her gentle and caring manor sorted all these issues satisfactorily for me.

Can’t fault the service I received here for my Mums funeral.
Everything was handled professionally and with the utmost respect for my Mum, from seeing her in their chapel of rest to when the day arrived I was blown away by their compassion and service to provide my Mum with the best journey and care. Start to finish it was taken care of in a sensitive manner which was respectful to our family at such a hard time for us all.

Rachael was also extremely helpful and we felt like we had a superb team to support us in the planning of my mum’s funeral. We were guided brilliantly through what was obviously a very emotional and upsetting time. Emma’s warmth and compassion shone through, and she went above and beyond to ensure all the arrangements were just right for my beautiful mum.
