From the moment I walked I felt I was in the hands of someone that really cared. I met Lorna, who was just wonderful. She helped us with every aspect of my late fathers funeral. I can't recommend them highly enough. The day before the funeral took place I had a call from Sam just to go through how the day was going to go and to see if I had any last minute questions. Nothing but praise. From the emotional start of meeting Lorna in branch and choosing the funeral that best suited my mum, the professionalism, care and compassion was outstanding. Our celebrant Mary, carried out a service with genuine warmth and provided me with great strength at a time of sadness. We never felt hurried.
