The funeral director was never in evidence. The manager who attempted to handle things was totally unprofessional. He wore slippers, did not offer a cup of coffee, did not know where the village was, could not source a grave-digger (a friend ended up digging the grave), he wanted the person who dug the grave to supply the webbing needed to lower the coffin), the pall bearers looked as if they had never done this before and certainly didn't fit the suits they were wearing.
