My pony, Dusty, was laid to rest three weeks ago. My vet arranged for Hawkins to pick him up. The man who came to collect him was so nice and caring When I spoke to the office the lady was lovely and sent me an email containing information regarding choices of the cremation and to phone her later once I had chosen what I wanted I chose the the joint cremation and a heart memorial with ashes and hair In which is absolutely beautiful. The lady who delivered my ashes to me was so compassionate and kind. Thank you so much for all your kindness at such an awful traumatic time. Thank you all again
