Arranging a funeral is a very stressful and emotional time and to have a compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable person, like Luke, to help steer us through everything was a blessing. Any question, however small, was answered very quickly. His experience in dealing with a bereaved family was exceptional and his advice always welcomed.
On the day of the funeral all of the staff from Ebbutt’s were exceptional with their professionalism and they brought a calming atmosphere to proceedings, which was gratefully received.
