When emotions and sadness and all things are happening around you, it is a huge comfort to know that when you get Freeman's involved, you have nothing to worry about.
Martin explained things to us, although I don't think all of it sunk in, I was grateful I wasn't on my own. Martin did remind me of a few things, that I had forgotten, of which I was extremely grateful to him.
Truly very happy, feeling comforted and relieved to know that Freeman's collected our mum, looked after her and treated her with respect.
