Firstly I need at apologise to all at Micheal Miller’s for the delay in my thanks and much promised review of my late fathers funeral. From the day I lost my father Dave was on board with all the proceedings. I first met him on the sad blurry early morning then in the clear light of day I finally met the man who my dad had met up to plan his service. Dave had us actually laughing in his office the next morning!! he said “I've never known anyone get their own funeral together like Tony” saying this he produced a thick folder from the filing cabinate and thumped it down on his desk. This is the second time we have used Michael Millers in petersfield and from the moment you contact them they make everything fall into place. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Sandra in the office who makes all the arrangements to Alan who takes care of everything and everybody at the service. I emailed 4 funeral directors on Saturday afternoon. 2 didn't bother to reply. 1 replied about 6 days later. And Mr Miller didn't just send an email back, he phoned me at 8.30 on Monday morning. So guess who got the business. And his quote was the cheapest. And he kept efficiently in touch through and after the funeral, did what I wanted, didn't try to make it olde-world-ey, didn't try to add in expensive extras. 100% satisfaction.

I am really disappointed to give Millers such a low rating which is mainly due to a lack of transparency of costs involved when going to the initial meeting eg The charging for a family limousine and embalming when it was not required by the family. Over 3 week delay in the collection and return of the ashes, even though a charge was made. Then, they were only collected and returned after an enquiry from the family. A phone call was received from Sandra apologising for the upset caused which was appreciated.

Absolutely shocked and angry at how Sandra has dealt with my auntie over my nans ashes and not providing important information that she is allowed to know. Looks and sounds miserable and unsympathetic when dealing with a death that were all mourning. Your reply back was completely wrong and YES all siblings are entitled to the information Sandra did not disclose as the law states siblings of the deceased are entitled to know all the information not just certain ones. Also wasn't disclosed about family rift so why you Sandra had to mention that proves how unprofessional you are and I hope your
