I completely echo the previous reviews. Fiona was professional and calm but also kind and compassionate in helping to make all the arrangements. She listened attentively as we talked about our mum and helped us arrange something to reflect her. On the day William was reassuring, warm and made sure everything ran smoothly. As silly as it sounds even their buildings were reassuring... It looks and feels a bit like a home and I felt I could rest easy knowing mum was there and being looked after. I cannot recommend them more highly.
