From the very first phone call, Francis Chappell treated our family with warmth and respect. I have never had to deal with anything like this before but from the first time I spoke to Chris at the Horsham branch, I knew I was in good hands. I had a couple of special requests; like wanting a Maserati to be in the procession, but he sourced this for me and nothing was too much trouble.
