Francis and Chappell did my father’s funeral 18 months ago, and my mother’s today. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not. For both funerals I had to constantly had to constantly chase them for things to happen, we ended up with an incorrect order of service, the whole process was stressful. The only reason i gave one star was due to the funeral director James who saved the day on both occasions. He had the sincerity, compassion and went above any beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
