Most of my dealings (and those of my family) were with Vicky. However, when dealing with Natalie or Adrian, they were equally helpful and patient. My family also contacted Martins several times, either to arrange a visit to the chapel or with lots of enquiries - and these were all dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner. The funeral directors present at the funeral were also very respectful, helpful and friendly.

We used the direct cremation for our son highly recommend this service had the hour in the chapel at the funeral home for friends and family to say goodbye. They had a music system we were able to use and a separate room to sit quietly in if needed. The Martins went above and beyond for us. We will be using them again for sure.
