Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience at a very emotional time of losing a loved one. We were miss informed about the funeral care cover. We had to rearrange the funeral, as the date was no longer available, due to lack of a hearse. Our funeral director was changed a couple of days before the funeral. Due to our experience we would be reluctant to recommend the Co-op Funeralcare service.
