Obviously anyone who has any reason to interact with a funeral home is having an awful time as a result of the passing of a loved one and this is no different for me. It was my brother who passed and without going into details it was absolutely awful for everyone left behind as these things are.
However I will echo what it seems everyone has to say here which is that Joyce was beyond incredible. She made what was the worst day of our lives bearable and overall did everything we could've wanted and more to make my brother's service as good as it could be.
