horrible horrible horrible, my name is Robert Lilley, this awful outfit tried to overcharge me for my father funeral and belittle me for failing to mention he had a pace maker fitted. You should have asked and I would have declare this rather than shout at me stating I would be responsible for an explosion in the burn process. The whole experience has not lessened even after 10 plus year have elapsed. I hope the whole funeral industry is properly regulated going forward. You have my name !!!!
