I’d just like to say thank you on behalf of myself and my family, for making a very sad occasion go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and great care and respect was shown throughout. A beautiful and tranquil setting.

This is the second time we used GreenAcres at Heatherley Woods fo say our final goodbyes to a loved one and they did not disappoint. It was the perfect setting and the bleak winter afternoon was brightened by the simple but beautiful candle lights and flower arrangements all around. We choose to have the ceremony live streamed and the organisation of that was perfect. The ceremony & subsequent wake in their new hall went smoothly. A big thank you to Kate, Ness and all the team who were so helpful, discreet and respectful.

Came here for a friend's funeral, well, more of a celebration since he was there in ashes only. Lovely serene setting, and the humanist officiant was calm respectful and appropriate. Good sound system and good displays accompanied comfortable seating and sufficient space in the foyer and outside so folk could chat afterwards. This is a good place to do this kind of thing. It's a really quiet location with a pub just down the road. Signposting isn't great so using the satnav is recommended to get there. Good parking outside and easy entrance for those with mobility issues.

I would just like to thank Ness and all of the staff at GreenAcres Heatherley Park for all of their help with mum’s funeral. They made the whole process very simple for us and we could not have wished for a better ceremony, everything went so well. The setting is superb and just lends itself to a peaceful event. Thank you.

My mum at 62 was given the short terminal diagnosis of cancer of unknown primary. We had to talk about dying and where she like to be, mum was a no fuss person but i wanted to honour her wishes in what she did say. Not an easy thing to do as a daughter who was facing a parent just being diagnosed and then watching that parent decline within a month. Ness and her te
