I don't usually leave reviews but I have to in this circumstance. If I could give 0 stars I would.. They will try and rip you off when you are grieving.. If you want something other then one of their plans then they WILL try and rip you off.. Although a difficult time when you lose a loved one. Please, please, shop around these people will rip you off... I got the same service from a different funeral director for a third of the price they quoted. They are no longer a family run business they are part of a larger group... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID x
