Nothing was too much trouble, he stayed late to be able to accommodate our wishes, as well as meeting us at weekends. This is a local family serving the community with the utmost care and respect. Toby, I should like to thank you and your entire team for the excellent and professional way you handled my sister’s funeral. From the first contact in notifying you of her death in hospital, to the last action of laying the memorial stone in the Garden of Remembrance, every aspect was carried out with great care and compassion. Living some 160 miles away could have created problems and difficulties for me in ensuring my sister’s wishes were carried out efficiently and effectively, but Jeanette and Jason ensured I was presented with solutions rather than problems. You and your team ensured ev
