I cannot praise our local funeral director enough for the exceptional service they provided during such a difficult time. From the moment we called them after our Mum passed, Julie Brooks greeted us with kindness and compassion that instantly put us at ease. RA Brooks arranged the most beautiful end off for my mum. They have supported us endlessly throughout the process, nothing was too much to ask of them. At the funeral our funeral director Jon went above and beyond to comfort and support us. He was so eager to help and do everything for me, even allowing me to have a private moment with my mum as a last goodbye before leaving. The pallbearers were also so respectful and friendly. Right the way through everything has been done amazingly. The whole team are so compassionate and empathetic. They’re supposed hasn’t gone unnoticed, I would recommend

Used this firm for a number of family funerals most recent the father in laws found them always to be very professional and excellent. Nothing is to much trouble. From initial contact right through planning , the funeral day itself and follow up with ashes etc you fell you are the client they have while knowing (sadly I guess) they are actually very busy. While you always hope not to need them again wwe would not consider any other firm.
