The team, particularly Hayley, are amazing. I felt my Mum was in great hands at all times . I know Mum would have got on well with Hayley, with a shared dry sense of humour, which was comforting too.
They did all they could to keep direct family members informed in a timely, sensitive and accurate manner. That enabled me to keep other close family members updated as needed. Communication with one direct family member was not easy for me or for the funeral home, yet what escalated into a very difficult situation was dealt with utterly professionally - with honesty, care, and consideration.

Shocking service! They signed my mother over to someone else (not listed as next of kin) without my permission behind my back. I only found out when I asked for the invoice so I could pay that day. That I had physically visited them twice and been in email contact in the preceding days mattered not a jot? I was never offered any documentation to sign, but they could give it behind our backs to someone from another part of the country, which still boggles our minds.
The hurt and distress it's caused those family members who cared for Mum in her final days is immeasurable, as we are now left w

These are so unprofessional and disrespectful..a body was signed to them and they allowed another person to take over the arrangements without even asking the person who signed the body to them...disgusting
