Ever since I first walked into their office I immediately felt welcomed and part of the family. Alex was extremely warming and welcoming and putting me at ease and I was not put under any pressure at all. There was no pressure placed on us and it was all about what we wanted as a family. Wonderful funeral directors that actually feel more personal and friendly- not at all daunting Gemma just took us through how things work and ideas and options -NO hard sell - infact it was something me and my sister needed help with as we got a bit overwhelmed as dad had sadly passed and we were tramatised with all the corona rules etc - so in short this was perfect- compasionate and proffessional- even a free councelling number- we are so relieved this was all done so well as now its a nice experience to think about and we know dad was safely looked after and we could take our time to say go
