We have used this service twice in six weeks for both of our dogs.We have only experienced nothing but the best from Mike and his wife. Considering our distressing situation on losing our dogs, on both occasions we were made to feel very welcome. Mike and his wife do a first class job and so professional. The place was warm and welcoming and we were made to feel very much at home. We were offered a cup of tea and offered to spend as much time as we felt we needed. Nothing was to much trouble nor was anything rushed or forced. Everything felt so very genuine, Mike is very fair on the costing.
