Very helpful and the office is peaceful and welcoming. Emma is great to work with when planning a funeral, she is knowledgeable and supportive. With all of the representatives, the family felt that we could ask questions, change our minds and get advice throughout the process. The team also kept us up to date with things that were happening and were available before the funeral and afterwards offering support. Nice to be able to leave the planning and finer details up to someone else once we had put in our input.
