★☆☆☆☆ Was disappointed with the service, rude to my mother in the midst of her grief when we weren't happy with the coffin arrangements also the young man needed to get my grandmother's signature and he pretty much rolled onto her knee he was far too close no respect for personal space. Absolutely no tact. Answered the door in rubber gloves when we went to the chapel of rest. For experienced undertakers you'd expect better standards. Obviously they just don't give a toss.
