★★★★☆ Lovely, friendly people, very caring and great service... Will give it 4 stars simply because, after agreeing and documenting preferred burial music, the wrong song was played on entrance to the chapel.
Massive mistake on directors part, especially after previously writing down track number on the front of the cd cover beforehand.
Also parking seems to be the issue we had outside the chapel on the day of the service. Small niggle but still slightly irritating nonetheless. But cannot stress enough how nice the family are though.
★★★☆☆ They did care for my mam while she was there but was not happy that her funeral was delayed because my brother's stepdaughter could not be there for a later date and she his their cousin and they did not even attend the funeral afterwards. My mams service was appalling and they didnt have enough people present to lower her coffin into the grave all this was because of my so called brother my mam deserved more than this.
