Stumbled upon this Funeral Directors after struggling to find an Urn that felt like the right choice for my late Uncle and Laura's brother. We were drawn in by their window display.
We were assisted by a lovely woman called Jane. She gave a very warm welcome and sat with us going through all our options. We never felt time pressured or rushed even though we didn't make an appointment.
She found one for us that was perfect and it really is one of those things where you know you know. She ordered it for us to view and told us to make sure we were happy with it as no problems sending it back.

During the most heartbreaking time in my life Aytons made arranging my husbands funeral so special and personal. Jane was kind, caring and compassionate and Tony came to my home to tell me something that could have been done over the phone but he wanted to do it in person. Those personal touches matter more than you will ever know in such a dark and sad time. Thank you for not only looking after Laurence but for looking after me too.

For many years my family have used the Coop services with no complaints. However, recently my Aunt died and we decided to give a local firm a chance for a change. All I can say is that Jane at Aytons was especially wonderful .The little touches she suggested to us made my Aunt's funeral so personal and she had a beautiful service which everyone remarked upon. The celebrant, also called Jane did the best reading in the chapel that I've ever heard.Everything was absolutely perfect on the day and the care they showed us leading up to the day was second to none.
