Alex was fantastic. He was not only extremely kind and sensitive but he was also very professional. He responded to our changing circumstances and went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. He came out to our house within a hour or two of us contacting him and kept in regular touch with us throughout a long 7 week wait between my Dad dying and the funeral. He arranged everything and nothing was too much trouble. Alex has worked for a North East funeral provider for years and now runs his own company so you get the benefit of years of experience and contacts along with the p
