Dawn and Malcolm are a fantastic couple. When we lost Mam, they were so caring and empathetic. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to pop in at any time, and were always made to feel welcome. Dawn was determined to get every detail right for the family, and introduced us to Janet, the lovely celebrant who lead the service. At a time when everyone is struggling, the option of a payment plan, to ensure we gave Mam the best send off, was just priceless. Can't thank them enough.

She looked after my mums funeral in November a such a horrid time she was a ray of sunshine who took care of everything from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble for her and it was a great comfort to know all the unpleasant distressing stuff was taken care of on a professional and timely manner.
I really cannot recommend her highly enough and have recommended her to ALL my friends - a true angel sent to help you at your darkest hour.

Dawn offers a VERY personal service, we could not have been happier. She is not one of these companies that push you to into unnecessary purchases and making you feel guilty for not buying the expensive coffin. She has some very well practiced and friendly celebrants/humanist speakers on her books.
Our family funeral went off without a hitch despite the pouring rain and very early start.
