We have used Chris Sample now for 3 funerals over the last several years. And although there were a couple of blips with one of them last year (possibly miscommunication or lack of understanding on our part too) we absolutely cannot fault them in any way for how they have been for our most recent funeral we have arranged with them. Despite only being a direct cremation, Chris has been in contact throughout. I've had to pop in to the branch a couple of times and Joanne has always been lovely. I can’t thank Chris enough for the service he provided for my dad!
He was amazing throughout, from coming out to the house to arrange everything weeks before the funeral, to making sure the big day went as perfect as could be. Down to even putting a Newcastle flag on my dad’s coffin as he loved Newcastle! Chris made sure the whole day went so smoothly.
He kept regular contact with us before and after my dad was in his care and nothing was too much trouble.
