I came to Bardgetts by a recomendation and iam so glad i did I had been given the job as an executor so this was a first organising a funeral. Must admit the building is very large and old so entered it feeling a bit nervous , that very quickly changed when i met Natalie. She advised me on everything and very quickly put me at ease . I then met Joe who was equally helpful , keeping intouch every couple of days to make sure everything was to plan . Nothing was too much trouble . The day of the funeral was perfect . Dad's funeral was largely paid for years ago,so there was very little profit for Bardgetts.But the arrangement and fulfilment of the funeral were superb,largely thanks to the professionalism and attention of your staff,especially Natalie(sorry don't know her surname) in the office and my funeral director,Joe Lannis.He was kind,considerate,informative,patient and professional in every way.He struck the right note between respect and friendliness.

A painless process when you are going through so much pain, my Mam had a funeral plan that we were not aware of. It took away a lot of the stress and decision making that is a struggle when a close family member passes away.
