I would like to thank Glen Miller and his staff for all the support they provided our family during a very difficult period. The communication between our family and Glen was excellent especially considering we had family in different locations of the UK and abroad. He arranged meetings in person and on teams to include other members of family that could not be there in the initial meetings. Myself and my sister would highly recommend Glens services. We were feeling hugely overwhelmed and unsure of what to do when my father passed away but he put us at ease and organised a beautiful, thoughtful and dignified funeral for Dad and did so with the utmost care. He also arranged for a humanist to do the service and he couldnt have picked a better person for it after we told him what my dad would have wanted. Really did him proud. I can't recommend Glen Miller highly enough for the personal service and support he has given to our family, when our lovely mam passed away. Glen and his staff gave an outstanding service, over and beyond what we were expecting. Lisa, one of his staff members, took such love and care looking after my mam and preparing her for chapel which is so comforting to know when it's your loved one you have lost. Glen supported us every step of the way, my dad loved his down to earth personal touch and he made sure our requests were listened too and carried out. He also recommended a fabulous caterer
